- 2-3 heads cauliflower, boiled until VERY soft, then drained
- 1 small package of goat cheese
- Himalayan Pink Sea Salt to taste (a liberal amount is usually required)
- Pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions
Place well drained cauliflower in mixer with goat cheese, salt and pepper.
Mix until well blended. Fold in chopped green onions. Top with shredded cheddar (optional).
